About me

​

I found Pilates after the birth of my first child 14 years ago. Having suffered from ongoing back pain that worsened after pregnancy and birth, a 6 week postnatal Pilates course left me feeling stronger and pain-free. 

 

Following a 12-year career in financial publishing, I decided it was time for a change and retrained as a Pilates instructor. I hold a YMCA Pilates level 3 mat work diploma and further qualifications in pre and postnatal Pilates.

I believe that Pilates should be accessible to everyone and my classes are friendly and relaxed.  I have taught 7-year-olds and 79-year-olds, everyone is welcome!
